Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Mira ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Mira is a habit-tracking and mood-logging application for iOS and watchOS. The app allows you to track habits, record mood on a 1–6 scale, view analytics and correlations, and optionally sync data across devices via iCloud.
The app is provided in two tiers:
- Free tier: Includes all core features — unlimited habits, mood logging, full analytics, data export/import, HealthKit integration, and ad-free experience.
- Premium tier ($1.99/month or $17.99/year): Adds iCloud Sync across devices and Apple Watch companion app.
Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region due to Apple's currency conversion. Price changes will be communicated in advance through the App Store.
Free Trial
Mira may offer a free trial period for Premium features. If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of subscription. After the trial expires, you will be automatically charged the subscription price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
